Questions people ask
Do I need an account to send a card?
No. You pick a design, write your message, record your voice and pay — that's it. We only ask for your email so we can send you the receipt and let you know when your card is opened.
How much does a card cost?
$2.99 per card, paid once. There's no subscription and no hidden extras — the price includes the 3D card, your voice message and delivery by email.
How does the recipient open it?
They get an email with a private link. Opening it takes them straight to the card — no sign-up, no app to install. It works in any modern browser on phone, tablet or desktop.
How long can my voice message be?
Up to 60 seconds. That's deliberately short — the best messages are the ones you say in one honest breath rather than script.
What if I don't want to record my voice?
That's fine — a written message on its own works perfectly. Do note that a card can't be edited once it's sent, so if you're on the fence, record something short: you can re-record as many times as you like before you pay.
What happens to my voice recording?
Your recording is stored privately and is only reachable through your recipient's link. We delete voice recordings automatically after 90 days, and you can ask us to delete one sooner at any time.
Can I send a card for a funeral or a difficult moment?
Yes — that's one of the reasons we built this. The condolence designs are deliberately quiet and still, with no confetti or bounce. A voice saying “I'm thinking of you” carries further than a typed message.
Does the card expire?
The card page itself stays available so your recipient can revisit it. The voice recording is removed on the retention schedule above; the design and written message remain.
