Termos de Serviço

Esta página só está disponível em inglês. Se algo não for claro, contacte-nos e explicamos na sua língua.
Who you are agreeing with
These terms are between you and Blissfulplan Publishing Ltd, Covent Garden, 71-75 Shelton Street, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom ("we", "us"). By using sharelove you accept them.
What the service is
You choose a design, write a message, optionally record up to 60 seconds of audio, and pay once. There is no account and no subscription.
You then choose how the card travels. Either we email your recipient a private link, or we give you that link and a QR code and you share it yourself. If you share it yourself, delivery is in your hands: we have done our part when the link works, and we cannot resend, recall or track something we never sent.
Anyone holding the link can open the card. Treat it as you would a key.
Payment
The price shown at checkout is the price charged. Payment is one-off and processed by Stripe. A card cannot be edited or recalled once sent, so please read it back before you pay.
Your right to cancel, and why you give it up
If you are a consumer in the UK or the EU you normally have 14 days to cancel a purchase made online and get your money back, without giving a reason.
Digital content and digital services are the exception. That right ends once supply begins, but only if you expressly asked for it to begin straight away and acknowledged that asking would end the right. That is precisely what the confirmations before payment are for, and we record the moment you gave them.
The declaration you make
By ticking the confirmation shown before payment and completing your order, you make the following declaration:
By confirming my order, I expressly request that sharelove begin preparing and supplying my card immediately, and I acknowledge that I thereby lose my right of withdrawal, in accordance with these Terms.
The checkout page repeats this immediately above the payment button, so it is in front of you at the moment you pay. We record the date and time you gave it, and we repeat it back to you in the confirmation email we send after payment — that email is your durable record of what you agreed.
So: once you confirm and pay, your card is prepared and supplied immediately, and the 14-day cancellation right no longer applies. If you would rather keep it, do not complete the purchase.
None of this affects your rights if what you received was faulty or not what was described. Those rights cannot be signed away, and the section below is what we do about them.
Refunds
If the card fails to deliver because of a fault on our side, tell us and we will refund you in full. That includes a card we were supposed to email and did not, and a card that will not open or play.
Where you chose to share the link yourself, a card that works is delivered — we cannot refund it because it was never passed on, or was sent to the wrong person.
We generally cannot refund a card that was delivered and opened, because the thing you bought has been received. But write to us anyway if something went wrong. We would rather fix it.
What you may not send
You agree not to use sharelove to send anything that:
- harasses, threatens, bullies or intimidates the recipient
- is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or incites violence or hatred
- impersonates somebody else
- infringes another person's rights
- is unsolicited commercial messaging, or sent in bulk to people who did not ask for it
- is sent to a person who has asked you to stop contacting them
You confirm you have a genuine personal reason to contact your recipient. We may refuse, delete or block any card that breaches these rules, and we may refuse service without notice. Where content is illegal we may report it.
Availability of your card
We intend card links to stay available, but this is a service and not a storage guarantee. Voice recordings are removed automatically after 90 days — see the Privacy notice. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot lose.
Our responsibility
We provide sharelove with reasonable care and skill, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for the card concerned.
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.
Content you create
You keep the rights to your message and your recording. You grant us only the permission we need to store them and deliver them to your recipient.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published here when you buy. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory protections in your country of residence.
